Mark Jordan
position
Technical Editor

Mark Jordan is one of the three co-founders of decline magazine. The bad news for him, though, is that he was never smart enough to jump ship. Mark is decline’s resident tech guy.
Sometimes it’s fun to march into Mark’s office and browse his shelves like you would the finest bike shop in town. Mark always has the coolest, latest and greatest bike parts before anyone else. In fact, there are probably a couple of SRAM prototypes shoved under his desk that Steve Peat doesn’t even know about yet.

Being the product hound he is, Mark is in charge of all the product testing here at decline. He knows the weight of most bike parts off the top of his head, has suspension travel for most manufacturers memorized by heart and he knows how to put the knowledge to use on the trail. When he’s not chasing Mark Weir around and pushing a 36-tooth single-ring around for every ride, he’s crunching data for decline, making sure the facts are straight and the suspension ratios accurate.
